The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and signs of infections.
- Practicing safe systems of work across various tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrating initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home.
- Being an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
- Adapting and being flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
- A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, based on experience.
