Requirements:

  • You are likely an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptional front of house team member looking to take on a management role with experience in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • You will have experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks, and preparation.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • Extremely driven and relentless in overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • A self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
