Join the Hydes Brewery team and become a key part of our customer-facing team.

We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to work on the bar and floor, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the happiness of our customers.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;

  • Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying drinks.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet in both the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
  • Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
  • Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages.

About Hydes Brewery:

Established in 1863, Hydes Brewery is based in Manchester and has expanded to include a portfolio of nearly 50 restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels. We have pubs across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and throughout Cheshire including Chester and Wrexham and some in the Wirral, near Liverpool.
