We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to work as a Front of House Team Member in our stunning pub in Heswall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to customers and increasing sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and friendly welcome, and that their experience is tailored to their individual needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry.
