Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Family Hub Coach to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will work with children, young people, and their families to promote healthy lifestyles, positive relationships, and safe parenting practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with children, young people, and their parents/carers to ensure access to early and statutory education.
  2. Complete direct work with families, including emergency interventions, to maximise involvement according to the child's plan.
  3. Promote healthy lifestyles, positive relationships, and safe parenting practices while fostering cultural and community understanding.
  4. Signpost children and young people to relevant agencies and activities to enhance life chances and outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £17,940 per annum, based on the hourly rate provided.
