Job Title: Child and Family Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Support Professional to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting children and families in understanding their birth identity and promoting positive relationships between children and parents.

The ideal candidate will have experience of direct work with children, their families, and carers in a statutory or voluntary agency which provides services to vulnerable children and their families. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships and deliver interventions to children, families, and carers, and have the ability to effectively communicate with children, their families, and carers.

This role requires the successful candidate to facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their parents or other family members, coordinate arrangements for family time, transport children and young people to attend family time, provide parenting support and guidance during family time, and support the completion of accurate documentation, reports, and records in relation to children, young people, and families.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive employee assistance programme.
