Village Experience Officer

As a Village Experience Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our 'Village of Friends' culture by designing, developing, and implementing activities, functions and events that support wellness, foster inclusion, and create memorable experiences.
We offer a rewarding career opportunity with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus access to physical wellness programs, professional development opportunities, and financial assistance.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in event management or a related field, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders that are respectful and have a foundation of trust.
About the Role
This role is responsible for working collaboratively and positively with other BallyCara Teams to ensure that the communication of activities, functions, and events to all stakeholders, particularly Residents, is timely, professional, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other BallyCara Teams
- Coordinate Village activities, functions and events
- Host Village activities, functions and events as directed by the Village General Manager (VGM)
