Job Overview

As an Events and Lifestyle Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our 'Village of Friends' culture by designing, developing, and implementing activities, functions and events that support wellness, foster inclusion, and create memorable experiences.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus access to physical wellness programs, professional development opportunities, and financial assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in event management or a related field, and possess excellent organisational skills, particularly the ability to plan, implement and analyse activities, functions, and events.

About the Position
This role is responsible for creating and adhering to a budget when managing the financial operations of activities, functions, and events, ensuring their financial viability. The successful candidate will work collaboratively and positively with other BallyCara Teams to ensure that the communication of activities, functions, and events to all stakeholders, particularly Residents, is timely, professional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop activities, functions and events
- Create and adhere to a budget
- Host Village activities, functions and events as directed by the Village General Manager (VGM)
- Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and customers
