About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at AllSaints Retail Limited. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage the concession floor, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the host store team to ensure seamless integration and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales or retail management role, preferably in a concession environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
