Concession Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas at Next Home in Manchester Arndale.

About the Role

As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Concession Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
