**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our concession store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve store KPIs and drive business growth
  • Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive business success
