Concession Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas in Manchester Arndale. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales assistants and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the concession manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
