Concession Store Manager

Mamas & Papas at Next (Arndale Centre) is seeking a Concession Store Manager to join their team. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the concession, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales assistants and supervisors to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Monitor and control concession expenses to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the concession manager to achieve business objectives.
