About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas Arndale within Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve store KPIs and drive business results
  • Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance
  • Support the Concession Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the wider Mamas & Papas team to share best practices and drive business growth
