Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Inside Sales organisation in a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth order process for one of our most prestigious clients, delivering fast pricing and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders from initial request to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Generate and send order acknowledgments to customers.
- Verify order requests for consistency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and high service levels.
- Review daily order backlogs and perform data validation to ensure data consistency.
