We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to lead our installations team, offering leadership and improvement opportunities, as well as the chance to build a growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

Install and configure point of sale hardware and software systems at customer locations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.


Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and make necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.

Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users and employees on effective use and troubleshooting of point-of-sale systems.

Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in point-of-sale technology and maintain proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and equipment status, and provide timely reports to the service team and management.


Customer Relations:

Foster positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
