Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in childcare or social care (e.g., NVQ 3 or Diploma in Childcare)
  • Proven experience in managing a team of care staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
