  3. Engage and manage the involvement of the inspection team with projects, reacting to changes to facilitate attendance for the inspection.
  4. Complete the lifecycle of inspection by effectively reviewing corrective measures and implementing control in the inspection tool.
  5. Provide input to change projects, build outs, and development projects and act as a technical machinery advisor for the EU WHS team.
  6. Keep tracking data up-to-date for the inspection program. Plan and arrange own travel applying frugality and efficiency of time on sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience in a similar role of machinery inspection.
  2. In-depth understanding of the EU Machine Directive 2006/42/EC and its relevant harmonized standards.
  3. Comprehension and practical application of risk assessments.
  4. Demonstrable record of managing machinery safety inspections across large multi-site businesses.
  5. Credibility and ability to effectively engage and influence other functional leaders and their teams to build buy-in to EU Health and Safety strategies and change processes.
  6. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other computer-based tools to support system engineering and briefing/proposal development activities.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
