The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Responsum Global Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will report to an Associate Director and be responsible for leading and maintaining a range of projects, as well as providing specialist knowledge to other projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain projects, ensuring timely delivery of accurate project information
  • Provide specialist knowledge to other projects and teams
  • Develop and implement consistent standards and metrics
  • Manage small project teams and select appropriate frameworks and tools
  • Work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks strategically

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating and delivering projects
  • Experience in understanding and dealing with contractual procedures
  • Solid experience in mechanical design
  • Proven track record of engaging and negotiating with senior management and peers
