As a crucial part of our Company, Global Buying Offices are present in key European markets, where resident buyers and sourcers purchase goods locally and scout regional markets looking for exciting products for our stores.

Responsibilities
  • Provides advanced administrative support to the VP, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless office operations.
  • Handles confidential data compilation, analysis, and summarization, ensuring secure and differentiated management of sensitive information tailored to the specific needs of the VP role.
  • Plans and books travel for EBO Management and Group Events, coordinating logistics and arrangements as needed.
  • Oversees special projects, working closely with the Office Manager/MA Lead to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintains accurate records, filing systems, and personnel requirements, demonstrating expertise in PC software packages and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably with experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in software packages, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
