Role Description:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of ground source heat pumps at 3 sites in the Ashford area. This includes managing site operations, maintaining health and safety standards, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations to ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee subcontractors and monitor work quality to meet contractual KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, construction phase plans, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS Certificate.
  • Level 6 Site Management qualification.
  • CSCS card and current First Aid Certificate.
  • Strong computer literacy and organisational skills.
