Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients for our flexible commercial office space solutions, utilizing market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Generate new leads through business development and outreach efforts, converting them into profitable business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading brand in the commercial real estate industry, offering a highly competitive salary of £40-45k (OTE £65/70k) and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for business development, and the drive to achieve uncapped commissions.
