Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Audio Visual and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales opportunities and individual pipeline from initial qualification through to close
  • Monitor website visitors, identify potential prospects within the business and connect to generate opportunities
  • Arrange and conduct qualification calls with sales enquiries to qualify opportunities, excite them about the company and convert them to the next step
  • Meet with clients face to face or online
  • Ensure all contact and deal information, communications, actions and forecasts are recorded and kept up to date in the CRM system
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Audio Visual technologies or the construction industry
  • Previous business development/sales experience and ability to confidently conduct sales calls/meetings
  • Ability to drive and be on the road visiting clients
