Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Account Manager to provide timely and accurate technology support services relating to computer account lifecycle management. This includes acquisition, account creation, modification, deletions, auditing, management, and password management on all supported platforms. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of multiple operating systems, client-server systems, and demonstrated skill in utilizing personal computers and related software. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for computer account management and lifecycle support
  • Manage and maintain computer accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion
  • Ensure accurate and timely account management and password management
  • Collaborate with computer vendors and University community to resolve technical issues
  • Implement policy and procedure across a wide range of computer system account management and lifecycle support
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of multiple operating systems
  • Working knowledge of client-server systems
  • Demonstrated skill in utilizing personal computers and related software
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to details and workflow processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of policy and procedure
  • Ability to interact with computer vendors and University community
