Quality Assurance Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to provide compliant quality assurance services and promote excellent customer outcomes at Greenbean.

The Role:

  • Regularly review customer interactions and complaint handling with the Client Relations Team and wider department.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback to the client relations team manager and individuals.
  • Reinforce positive feedback and detailed feedback summaries, highlighting areas of improvement.
  • Identify patterns leading to poor outcomes and suggest action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Prepare and maintain robust review records, alongside providing regular MI within the Client Relations Team and wider business.
  • Represent the brand values within your role.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
