Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at Greenbean. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services and promoting excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer interactions and complaint handling with the Client Relations Team and wider department.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback to the client relations team manager and individuals.
  • Identify patterns leading to poor outcomes and suggest action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Prepare and maintain robust review records and provide regular MI within the Client Relations Team and wider business.
  • Represent the brand values within your role.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • A track record of delivering quality work in your current role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide positive feedback.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Collaboration skills, working closely with colleagues.
