Customer Success Manager

Join Blink and take your customer success skills to the next level As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working closely with our Customer Success team across the UK, USA, and Australia to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs and providing value-based business cases to promote and upsell our features and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within our customers
- Identifying customer needs and providing value-based business cases
- Working with our product/tech teams to support and define the product roadmap based on customer feedback
- Supporting the delivery of insightful webinars, training, and creating reusable collateral
Requirements:
- Strong proven experience in a Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS business
- Someone excited to be involved in a scaling Customer Success function and business
- Strong technical and digital skills, able to automate tasks using online tools
