Office Operations Coordinator

As an Office Manager at Quality Service Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Bilborough office. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with banks and suppliers, and preparing VAT returns.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role, with extensive experience using Sage Line 50 and excellent computer and admin skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of payroll procedures and be able to process payroll using Sage software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage Line 50

Salary: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
