The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage relationships at all levels. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-level support to legal departments, managing allocated frameworks, client accounts, and service levels while exceeding internal and external client expectations.

Job Description:
  • Framework Management: Review Framework Agreements, document client-specific protocols and processes, provide training to support teams, and monitor ongoing compliance.
  • Client Account Management: Maintain accurate client account plans, submit and coordinate regular MI reports across departments, produce reports assessing service levels/KPIs and delivery, and manage and update client portals in line with their requirements.
  • Revenue & Audits: Support revenue management, billing, and provide high-level updates to clients, assist with client audits, and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact in the absence of the client partner, attend internal and external meetings, advising on framework requirements and responsibilities.
  • General Duties: Assist with tender processes, produce routine/confidential correspondence, travel to other offices as required, and perform any other duties aligned with the role.
