About the Role

Mandeville is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Client Relationships Manager to join their team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with lawyers to strengthen client relationships, sell services, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop strategies to generate additional revenue from existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with lawyers to provide feedback, guidance, motivation, and support on their business plans.
  • Track and report on team interactions, client and partner interactions, and revenue performance.
  • Bring creative ideas to increase existing client referrals across the team.
Requirements
  • Legal expertise - strong knowledge of legal services, with a background as a practicing lawyer or experience in the legal industry.
  • Business development acumen - demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a legal environment.
  • Strategic planning - ability to create and execute relationship management strategies that are aligned with broader firm objectives.
