Job Title: Female Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Staff Partners Mental Health. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to develop and maintain their independence and autonomy
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Report on individual's progress and any concerns to the care team
