Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker in our Community Link Worker role.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals navigating the criminal justice system, providing mental health support and connecting them with essential services.
Key Responsibilities- Offer short-term outreach support through referrals, accompaniment to appointments, and 1:1 work to promote wellbeing and personal goals.
- Contribute to risk management, including safeguarding concerns for self, others, or from others.
We are looking for an individual with experience in the criminal justice system and delivering mental health services, with a strong understanding of peer support and service user leadership.
You will need excellent interpersonal skills to challenge, motivate, and inspire colleagues at all levels, as well as a commitment to fair chances for all and making a positive impact on recovery journeys.
