Technical Sales Manager – Industrial Components

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth. As a Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales and margin targets, managing the entire sales cycle, and leading and mentoring sales teams.

About the Opportunity:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to meet performance targets.
  • Participate in industry events exhibitions and sales meetings to promote the business.
  • Sales Proficiency: Proven track record in technical sales business development and account management.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in working with customers at all levels from R&D engineers to C-suite executives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
