Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Supervisor to join our team at Baxter Healthcare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all current Service Delivery accounts and teams for the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with service delivery requests and conduct audits of hospitals and customer visits as required.
  • Provide proposals and recommendations for service level requirements and costing based on findings from site audits.
  • Complete open actions assigned from EHS internal and external audits for the ForWards teams.
  • Ensure all tasks within LSW are completed, including business and customer requests, financial data collation, and other operational tasks.
  • Provide updates to the FLT on current status of Managed Inventory accounts and pipeline to onboard new customers.
  • Chair or support HR functions, including disciplinaries, monthly check-ins, and investigations.
  • Ensure the ForWards team meets KPIs and performs roles in line with EHS, QA, and operational standards.
  • Lead allocations of Back Order Management for Service Delivery Accounts.
  • Manage operational hours within the ForWards team and minimize overtime costs.
  • Coordinate hire vehicle servicing, maintenance, and swap overs.
  • Maintain and review all SOJTs/SOPS for the team to ensure compliance.
  • Support data management of all Service Delivery Accounts, including picking and driver instructions.
  • Supervise and support day-to-day functions of Managed Inventory Service, including order processing, backorders, and customer queries.
  • Complete face-to-face service level reviews with all customers.
  • Ensure all ForWards operatives follow appropriate and up-to-date practices, including SOPs, OJTs, BAXU, driving, DBS, manual handling, and HR.
  • Perform routine spot checks at hospital sites to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Manage workload effectively, working collaboratively with multiple departments.
