Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Support the Store Management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control store operations to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Manage and develop a team of colleagues to achieve their full potential and support their career growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and customer trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
