Job Title: Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the safe operation and repair of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services and fabric equipment at our DEFRA sites in Sevington and Dover.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the safe operation and repair of all M&E building services and fabric equipment.
  2. Health and Safety, including risk assessments.
  3. Stakeholder Management, working with multiple Hard FM subcontractors.
  4. Stock and cost control.
  5. Emergency call outs, attending site to provide engineering expertise out of hours.

Requirements:

You will ideally have an engineering qualification equivalent to NVQ level 4 or higher and an IOSHH qualification. You will be IT literate, have a good knowledge of systems, be proactive, and possess great attention to detail.
