About the Role
Connex Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Tutor to join our team. As a Home Tutor, you will work with students who have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) to create bespoke lessons tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalised learning plans for students with special educational needs.
- Work on a 1:1 basis with students to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for progress.
- Manage your own diary to ensure flexibility and adaptability in your teaching approach.
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate reluctant learners.
- Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Driving license (preferred).
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to apply for a new one.
