About the Role

Fleet Education Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to provide individualised support to learners with diverse educational challenges in their own homes. As a Tutor, you will help learners build confidence, develop their understanding, and rediscover a love for learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver personalised lesson plans that engage and inspire learners.
  • Track progress and provide thoughtful feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with guardians and educators to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions and learner progress via our virtual learning platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding children.
  • Experience in working with learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs is essential.
