Nuclear Operations Planning Role

This Nuclear Operations Planning role is an exciting opportunity to join Nuclear Transport Solutions as a Strategic Operations Planning Specialist. You will be responsible for managing operational and resource planning activities to deliver safe, effective, reliable, and cost-efficient rail services for nuclear and non-nuclear customers.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Plan and manage demand and capacity to meet customer needs
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  3. Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
  4. Collaborate with Engineering (Fleet Delivery) to ensure operational and fleet maintenance plans are aligned
  5. Provide guidance and support to Operations Planners and the Resourcing team
