About the Role

The Nuclear Infrastructure Compliance Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear facilities. As a key member of the Infrastructure Compliance Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in plant, system, equipment reliability, configuration management, and other specialized subject matters.

You will work closely with our maintenance delivery manager to ensure that all maintenance tasks are clearly briefed, understood, and performed safely and on schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing pragmatic fit-for-purpose engineering solutions that meet the objectives of the organization in a cost-effective manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, as well as relevant experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, ability to demonstrate conservative decision-making, and self-motivation are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 25.5 days annual leave, enhanced sick pay, and access to a health savings plan.
