Sales Executive for Events

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at the Royal Armouries & New Dock Hall in Leeds. This world-class venue offers unparalleled facilities for conferences, events, and exhibitions, hosting over 380 national and international events annually.
The ideal candidate will possess sales or event planning experience within the UK conference and events industry. They will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, approaching sales opportunities with a positive attitude, and delivering outstanding service to valued customers and clients.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Proactively processing enquiries for various events and working collaboratively with the sales team to increase and enhance revenues.
- Conducting reactive sales activities, including responding to phone and email enquiries.
- Selling the facilities through various techniques, aiming to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
