We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Management graduate to join our team as a Community Insights Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative project with a Brighton-based charity, Trust for Developing Communities, and the University of Brighton.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create a professional and commercially viable community research function, gaining valuable insights with disadvantaged communities and providing actionable recommendations for driving social change.
This is a 28-month fixed-term contract as a KTP Associate, to deliver a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum 2:1 Business management related degree, preferably with a qualification in the field of marketing.
- Relevant Masters in the field of Social and/or Strategic Marketing is desirable, as are theoretical knowledge and research enquiry skills.
- Project planning and time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet objectives and deadlines with an appropriate level of supervision.
- Experience completing regular written reports, meeting minutes, and presentations (potentially both at the university and commercially) and academic papers.
- Experience contributing to collaborative decision making in areas of business and research.
- Experience in, and an understanding of secondary research, qualitative and quantitative data capture and analysis, including thematic analysis (for example using NVivo).
