About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team at Pro Talent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote our business and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans to promote our business and increase brand visibility.
  2. Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
  3. Brand Management: Manage and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with our organisational goals and ethos.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
  5. Marketing Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing and communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
  7. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in marketing and communication efforts.
  8. Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to the overall business strategy.
Requirements
  1. Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial role.
  2. Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging content for various communication channels.
  5. Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data and provide insights for improvement.
