We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Desk Administrator at Reed Epsom. As the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, you will provide exceptional support and assistance with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling various queries from clients and ensure excellent customer service is provided through relationship and rapport building.
- Manage incoming callouts and assign work to engineers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Complete job reports following all callouts, small works, or maintenance checks using our in-house system and provide copies to clients.
- Process orders for new or spare parts when needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with management of company stock and updating in the system, maintaining accurate and reliable data.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in handling difficult or complex queries and requests.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including in Microsoft office.
- The ability to prioritize your own workload and manage your time effectively.
