Supportive Domiciliary Care Assistant

We are seeking a supportive and caring individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Assist with daily tasks, including personal care assistance and supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities.
  • Promote the well-being and independence of our clients, encouraging them to engage in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • A genuine desire to care for others and make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • An excellent salary of £13.50 per hour.
  • Paid training program, including DBS and enhanced rates for weekends and Bank holidays.
  • Mileage paid at 25p per mile and travel time between visits.
  • Use of a pool car.
