About the Role:
At Healthcare Homes, we are seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team in Gorleston and surrounding areas. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to individuals in their own homes, maintaining their health and wellbeing and retaining their independence.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting people with their personal hygiene, meal preparation, domestic duties and food shopping
• Working as part of our local care team to provide flexible hours for day times, evenings and weekends, including guaranteed hours
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of commitment
• Valid driving license (own transport preferred)
