Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker Apprentice to join our team at Crooton. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in our care home, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as transferring and walking assistance
  • Encouraging social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
