Domiciliary Care Worker Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families and colleagues
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve client-centered goals
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a care-related role (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driving license (own transport preferred)
