About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, providing regular updates on sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
