Operational Services Manager

You'll be at the heart of our manufacturing and distribution operations as a Site Services Team Leader. This role involves managing a great team and motivating them to ensure the day-to-day site hygiene operations, including traywash, run smoothly and to schedule. You'll also support your Supervisor with specialist cleaning operations including; site external facilities, high level canteen facilities and pest control. As a key player, you'll make sure that our colleagues are working in the safest and most hygienic environments, and our loyal customers are receiving the highest quality of products.
What you'll do
You'll lead and work alongside a small, friendly team, ensuring the daily hygiene plan is implemented, and all targets and deadlines are met. This includes the control and management of Waste Streams. You'll engage with your team positively and enthusiastically, be on hand to provide direction and support, and ensure the team is working effectively and safely in line with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene processes.
